Digital products
Everything The Bold Standard currently sells is a digital download: journals, workbooks, planners, playbooks, affirmation books, card decks, and bundles. Because digital files are delivered instantly and can't be "returned," all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable once the file has been delivered or downloaded.
Please review each product description, page count, and format before you buy.
When we will make it right
We will replace your file, or issue a refund at our discretion, if:
- Your download link doesn't work or the file is damaged and we can't fix it;
- You received the wrong product; or
- You were accidentally charged twice for the same order.
Contact us within 14 days of purchase with your order number and a short description of the problem. Most issues are fixed by re-sending your file.
Bundles
Bundles are sold at a discount and are treated as one digital product. They can't be partially refunded or exchanged for individual items.
Chargebacks
If something's wrong, please contact us first. We respond quickly and will work with you to resolve it.
Physical products
If we add physical products in the future, return and exchange terms for those items will be posted here before they go on sale.
